What’s the scoop on Fall 2011 makeup trends? First there was the nail polish colors (check the fall 2011 nail polish trends post out here), then there were glossy cranberry lips (peep the fall 2011 lip gloss trends post here). Now it’s all about the eyes! I saw some awesome eyeliner trends and I wanted to share my take on them with you!

Blacker than black winged-out liner. To get this look, line your eyes like normal, but at the ends of your eye, bring the line up from the corner of your eye and bring it back in to the inner corner of your eye. That will give you the perfected winged-out liner that isn’t overdone for school.

Purple liner for a pop of color. Line as usual with a jewel-toned purple eyeliner. If you have some purple eyeshadow, tap it over the pencil, so your liner lasts all day!
